The UF Squad name another handful of selections for this week’s March Madness action
After a cracking first couple of games in the First Four, the First Round of the NCAA March Madness tournament is officially upon us.
The UF Team has already revealed a handful of bets in the first part of this feature, naming two games that could be worth taking a look at.
The UF Squad are back with two more tips, picking out a couple of selections that could deliver.

VCU vs. SAINT MARY’S (Friday, 2:00PM ET)
Despite being a 12th seed in this matchup, VCU could well be an underrated option in their matchup against Saint Mary’s.
The Rams claimed a 27-7 record in the regular season, finishing top of the Atlantic 10 division and winning the conference tournament as well.
Their solid defense is the secret to their success this season, with Ace Baldwin being arguable one of the best players in the Atlantic 10 throughout the regular season. Jayden Nunn and Nick Kern Jr have also proven to be a nightmare for opposing guards thighs year as well.
Saint Mary’s have not been the most impressive of sides this season, and while they did claim a 26-7 record this term, they could well be shaken up by the Rams here.

CREIGHTON vs. NC STATE (Friday, 4:00PM ET)
NC State make their first appearance at March Madness in four years, but they face a tough task in the first round.
They take on the Creighton Bluejays who, despite having some rough patches throughout the season, went on to claim a 21-12 record in the Big East Conference.
NC State claimed a 23-10 record overall this year, and the Wolfpack boast some talent in their ranks, including future NBA prospect Terquavion Smith and exciting senior guard Jarkel Joiner.
While NC State could claim the win here, we’re happy to take their spread option as a bit of a safer option in this matchup.
