DEFENDERS

PERVIS ESTUPINAN – Brighton (v Bournemouth, H)

I have been a fan of Estupinan since he joined Brighton in the summer and after being included in the Series 2 player card drop, the Ecuadorian international looks a great option for Gameweek 22.

The former Watford man could spell trouble for Bournemouth next weekend with his direct style of play, and he may even claim a clean sheet bonus if the Cherries’ poor run of form continues.

FABIAN SCHAR – Newcastle (v West Ham, H)

Newcastle’s backline has been a brick wall at times this season, and they could well be worth utilising once again when they host a wobbly West Ham side.

The Magpies already have 12 clean sheets to their name this year, so the likes of Fabian Schar could pick up a decent haul of points once again here.

MIDFIELDERS

MORGAN GIBBS-WHITE – Nottingham Forest (v Leeds, H)

A slight shot in the dark, but I’m happy to take a chance on Morgan Gibbs-White again this week after a decent run of form as of late.

The Forest midfielder has chipped in with four goal contributions in his last six Premier League starts, and he could well be a handful against a Leeds side that do struggle to keep clean sheets.

KAI HAVERTZ – Chelsea (v Fulham, H)

With Joao Felix serving the last game of his red card suspension in Gameweek 22, Kai Havertz will likely be relied upon up front once again for Chelsea next weekend.

While Fulham has been arguably the surprise package in the league this season, Havertz has scored twice in two career starts against them and he could add to his tally once again here.

FORWARD

MARCUS RASHFORD – Manchester United (v Crystal Palace, H + Leeds, H)

While UF players were stung by Rashford in the last double gameweek for Manchester United, the England international should be more effective here against the opposition on offer.

Rashford has found the net in five of his last six Premier League starts and with Crystal Palace and Leeds conceding a total of 30 goals on the road this year, he could prove to be a solid choice here.

FLEX

OLLIE WATKINS – Aston Villa (v Leicester – H)

Leicester have been seriously inconsistent this year, and it gives an opportunity for an improving Aston Villa side to take advantage of that here.

Ollie Watkins looks a solid pick in this fixture, particularly as he has registered three goal contributions in his last five Premier League games.

TEAM

Brighton (v Bournemouth, H)

While Bournemouth pulled themselves out of their losing streak with a point against Nottingham Forest, the South Coast side could see their short run of momentum crushed when they take on Brighton next weekend.

The Seagulls have been superb under new manager Roberto De Zerbi and with 10 points picked up in their last five games, they could easily dismantle a leaky Bournemouth defence here.
